Wow- 2007 went by so quickly! The big event for me last year was that ‘Mermaid in a Bowl of Tears’ finally came out and is doing nicely in the world at large. I was also lucky enough to spend some time in a wee cottage in Tipperary- I always rely on Ireland to refill my creative well and She never fails me.

 The question of the hour seems to be ‘how far along are you on the third book?’ or ‘please tell me there is a third book?’ The answers to those questions are (respectively) about a third of the way into it, I think and, obviously, yes there most certainly is and will be a third book. The working title is ‘Flights of Angels’ from the line in ‘Hamlet’.

"Good night, sweet prince, and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest!"

I’m trying to stay with the mystical creature theme I have going in the titles- but it’s getting harder as I go along- my friend and I joke that by the last book I’ll be down to ‘Leprechauns in a Barrel of Whiskey’. J  In the coming weeks I will (with the help of my web master) be posting a couple of excerpts from the work in progress.
